Oh, yes, we’re definitely proud. And why shouldn’t we be? It’s not only our website that is brand-new – our hotel at Lake Carezza/Karersee is also shining in new splendour as we’ve made some long-cherished dreams come true. You can finally see and feel what’s important to us. Namely, a thoughtful approach to the beautiful nature that surrounds us. Some things didn’t change, of course: Hosts Martin and Josef express all their creativity with their natural cuisine. Tried-and-tested recipes, fresh ideas, new creations – we love it! Senior host Markus supplies the kitchen with fresh herbs from the garden. Host Steffi takes you outside and shows you the beauty of the Dolomites during mindful yoga sessions. Just like senior host Marion, who accompanies you on the most beautiful hikes in the Mt Catinaccio/Rosengarten and Mt Latemar region. All that’s missing now is you – see you soon! The Auer family
