The flavours of nature
We watch our food grow: small garden, big tasks, great indulgence. South Tyrol, a land to experience and savour. We try, we tinker, we notice more and more: We love nature, and we love everything it provides us with. From the garden straight into our pots and pans. And you’ll taste it, because our ingredients are fresh, seasonal, and from the surroundings of our hotel: Dolomites, Mt Catinaccio/Rosengarten, Val d’Ega/Eggental – we only use South Tyrolean goodness.
Breakfast buffet
Crispy bread, sweet jams, butter from local mountain farms, cheese, meats, fresh fruit, crunchy vegetables – what finds its way onto the table in the morning has been carefully savoured and selected by us. And there is always space for something sweet – after all, you’re on holiday. Oma’s apple strudel, soft brioche braid, so yummy! A real highlight is having breakfast on our panoramic terrace. But keep in mind: The few seats are in great demand – so it definitely pays off to get up early!
Afternoon snack
A piece of cake, or maybe two? A hot soup? Hearty little temptations? We’ve got it all. To whet your appetite while waiting for dinner, we offer you refreshing drinks, coffee, and more in the afternoon. Get nice and cosy in our Dolomites Lounge or get hold of a seat on our sunny terrace.
Dinner menu
Every evening, we serve you five fine dishes. On your plate, all the best that nature has to offer. And we, hosts Martin and Josef, personally take care of all the cooking. South Tyrolean classics such as “Knödel” dumplings, filled “Schlutzer” pasta, and juicy meat as well as Mediterranean delights such as pasta, fish, and vegetables from our own garden. All made and served with love – after all, the eye wants its part.
